Achieving mental health means striking a balance in all aspects of your life: social, physical, spiritual, financial, and internal. Finding your footing is a learning process. At times, you may tip the balance too much in one direction and have to stabilize yourself again. Your personal balance is unique to you, and the challenge to staying mentally healthy lies in finding it and be able to manage it.
